Cost of Events

The cost of a full Legends weekend event is $60. The cost of Feasts and other special events will vary. New players get $20 off the price of their first full weekend event (It is our opinion that only a full weekend event can show the true flavor of the Legends game world, so only full weekend events are discounted). Established players who bring in new players get $10 off for each new player, on that new players first event. To register for an event, either do so within your contact page, or mail a check to the Legends office at the below address. Be sure to do so well in advance of the event you wish to attend. Legends must receive payment in order to reserve your spot at the event, and most Legends events are sold out before they begin. Please note that their will be a $20 fee for bounced checks.

Checking In

You can find directions to any event on your player page, below your contact information in the section labeled "Upcoming events". Check in for weekend events opens at 6:00 PM on Friday. Every player must check in. You should bring your armor, weapons, lights, anything you need to give logistics for the weekend. You will also need to bring money or a check if you haven't already pre-paid for the event, and you should review the personal waiver.

Opening Meeting

It is important to attend the opening meeting each weekend. It usually begins at 9 PM on Friday, outside the Tavern. If there is a change of time or location, you will be notified at Check in.

Game Hours

The game begins immediately after the meeting ends (generally about 9:30). The game closes from 2 AM till 9 AM. On Sunday the game ends at 1 PM.

Cabins

Players sleep in cabins at events. Legends allows the residents of a cabin to decide whether the cabin will be in-game or not. Cabins which are not in-game must display a symbol of a red hand on the door or door frame. These are available at Check-In. Regardless, the area under beds is considered out-of-game. Players may store personal things there, but may NEVER store game items there. Cabins are not heated, nor is there electricity in them. The occupants of each cabin are responsible for making sure trash is removed and the cabin is swept out at the end of the event.

Checking Out

Before leaving the event, players need to check out. This requires that you drop off your Game Wallet and any Legends property which needs to be returned (This includes all yellow stickered items). Some skills require other things be done at Check-Out too. Check-Out opens after the game ends at 1 PM on Sundays. If you leave the game early, you still need to check-out.
